ALERT!
Please remember to go to the school's website to download the form and print it yourself!
After that, please submit the form to Miss Ong by 29 June which is also the first day of school.

LASTLY!
There's a 7 day leave of absence for students who had travelled and returned from H1N1
affected countries. So, you have to stay at home for 7 days.
* This only applies to those students who went to H1N1 affected students!

Also, do read the announcements which is on the school website and take the necessary precautions and print the forms.

Remember to sign your form and bring it on 29 Jun!

* Hey, don't forget to bring your thermometers on the first day of school!!
